After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept return requests, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@morzaveli.com so we can assess the issue and help resolve it.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied items remain unaffected.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, where permitted by applicable law, including:

• Sale or clearance items expressly designated as final sale.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery, where the damage was not caused by a defect or our actions.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may request a return for your original purchase, subject to the applicable return conditions, and place a new order.

This does not affect any legal rights you may have to a replacement or another remedy for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and your purchase qualifies for the statutory right of withdrawal, you generally have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason.

The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from our voluntary return policy. Legal exceptions may apply, and the 7-day return window and standard return conditions above do not override mandatory EU consumer protection rights.

Where applicable, consumers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to any mandatory statutory refund deadlines.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
